Instructions of Use

• Begin stage 3 faja at 6-8-12 weeks or when your therapist or surgeon recommend based on your needs
• There is a 2-4 day break-in period for our strong Colombian made garments. The first day, you may not be able to fit all of your foams and boards in the garment. At least put one foam in the front to protect your skin. 
• Foams + Boards should be worn for at least 2 months for optimal results with your faja. 
• At 2-3 months, check in with your post op provider and surgeon if you are cleared for a stage 3 faja with rods
• Hand wash & Air dry only
